Patch · SaaS, Series A
Automated forecast. AI-driven lead scoring as early as 2023.
- 2 wks
- planning cycle, down from two months
- 96%
- forecast accuracy
Why
Sales ran on HubSpot, forecasting ran on a spreadsheet, and planning ran on whoever had time. A quarterly plan took two months to assemble because every number lived in a different place and none of them agreed.
How
Migrated HubSpot to Salesforce end to end, with Outreach and Gong wired in. Stood up the data pipeline and BI layer from nothing on dbt and BigQuery. Every planning number now came from the same source.
Then the forecast moved out of the spreadsheet and into the system, with stages and weighting the team agreed on once. Planning went from a two-month assembly job to a two-week cycle.
We started to use LLM lead scoring since early 2023.
What
