№ 04How an engagement works
Call
I'll tell you where I think your easiest money is and what I'd fix, and send you my notes after.
Proposal
A short list of prioritized projects, each scoped in writing with a number and a date. You pick which ones, and in what order.
Build
I design the best system for your team; you approve; I build it out; we trial run it together. You'll see it working before I hand it over.
Handover
Walkthrough videos for every recurring task, a written guide for every automation, so your team can run it without me.
Ongoing
After handover, some clients keep me a day or two a week. I own the stack, the reporting and the cadence.

№ 06Questions people ask
What do you actually do?
I look at how you get customers and how you get paid, find where money is being made or wasted, and fix it. Sometimes that's a new channel, sometimes a CRM, sometimes a commission spreadsheet. I do the strategy and the build, then train your team to run it.
What does it cost?
The scoping call is free. After it you get a proposal: a short list of projects, each scoped in writing with a number and a date. Fractional is a day or two a week, month to month.
We're small and we run on spreadsheets. Is this for us?
Most of my clients have two to twenty people in sales, and half of them started on spreadsheets. I'll tell you whether you need a CRM yet, and if you do, which one and how much (custom selected for your size and industry). The fix is usually smaller and cheaper than the spreadsheet you're maintaining to avoid it.
How do we know it worked?
We look at the numbers before, we set a target, we execute, we compare results.
How long does it take?
Most builds are four to six weeks. Fractional runs as long as it's useful.
What about AI?
I've been shipping it into live sales workflows since early 2023: lead scoring, reply classification, outreach drafting. Some of it is hype and others are genuinely huge lifts. I can show you where exactly.
Where are you?
On the internet!! jk, I'm in Vancouver and support clients across the US and Europe.
