Hello, I'm Sally.
I've led RevOps for teams from 5 people to Shopify, across mortgages, startups, and hardware. I started in banking, spent 9 years in RevOps, and built the revenue engine for a hardware company that sold in four countries.
I find where businesses can make more and waste less, then build the systems and train the team to execute.

Shadow first.
I spend time to learn your business and watch you work before I redesign your process.
Fix the root problem.
I dig to the bottom until I find the root problem. The right fix isn't always the one you came in asking for.
Automate everything except where humans are better.
There's areas of sales where AI does it better, but there's also areas where humans are absolutely required...
Native before custom.
I try to avoid situations where your custom-built system is down and you call me at 2 am crying, so I only write code where native features run out.
More money in, or less money out. Where should I look first?
